PA66 GF15 (A2000C)
As an experienced plastic engineering inc and masterbatch factory, Anmei has a professional team of senior engineers with 10-15 years of R&D experience in engineering plastics and masterbatch, we work together to achieve our goal of solution providing and create more values for customers with our stable quality and professional technical service, making a better life for human beings.
PA66 GF 15 is Nylon66 and 15% Glass-Filled, these materials are performed with medium stiffness and strength but it has much better mechanical properties over unfilled granules. Reinforced with 15% of glass fiber and modified Nylon PA6 6 GF15 in Anmei plastic plant combined with other property enhancements such as high tensile strength, heat stabilized and flame retardant make it suitable for injection molding.
Other percentages glass-filled nylon is also available on a custom-order basis.
Typical Application of PA 66 GF 15 (A2000C)
Nylon PA66GF15, mainly used in internal and external structural parts around the engine, electrical switches, and electronic connectors.
